The Konstantinos K. Mitsotakis Foundation was established in 2001, continuing the mission of the non-profit organization “Konstantinos Mitsotakis Historical Archive.”

Based in Kerameikos, Athens, the Foundation is a legal entity governed by private law, under the supervision of the Hellenic Ministries of Finance and Culture, and operates as a non-profit, public-benefit cultural organization. It is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors and supported in its work by a Scientific Committee.

Organizational Structure

The Foundation is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors and supported by a Scientific Council composed of internationally recognized scholars, as well as an Advisory Committee that provides specialized expertise and strategic guidance. Vision & Mission

Our mission is to collect, preserve and promote the political and historical legacy of Konstantinos Mitsotakis , transforming it into a living resource for understanding the past, engaging with the present, and contributing to the future.

We pursue this mission through the study of archival materials, the generation of knowledge, and the development of initiatives that promote civic education and engagement.

We draw upon the Historical Archive as a resource for civic education, institutional dialogue, and contemporary engagement.

We bridge political thought and contemporary challenges, turning historical legacy into meaningful action.

Under the guidance of our Scientific Committee, we pursue research, educational, and collaborative initiatives with universities, research centers, and archival institutions.
